✓ Monitor agent's adherence to schedule, volume trends and adjust

✓ Lead weekly Operation’s meeting, presenting previous weeks’
metric results and future scheduling plans
✓ Work closely with the Operations team in analyzing KPI result, client
deliverables and improvement plans
✓ Generate process and service improvement plans
✓ Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal reports
✓ Assist with project managers, and other duties as requested or

✓ Handles troubleshooting and customer service assistance to Telstra
(Australian) customers
✓ Assign to FOH (front of house) initially, and transferred to Chat after

✓ Up sell additional premium service/products when necessary
