I studied Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at the Technological Institute of the Philippines but did not complete the degree. I’ve worked in various roles, starting in warehouse and retail positions, where I gained skills in inventory management, customer service, and attention to detail. I later transitioned to the BPO industry, where I’ve been a Customer Service Representative since 2018. Currently, I work as a Quality Assurance professional at IntouchCX, focusing on data accuracy and timely reporting. My diverse experience has helped me develop strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
