I have worked in banking industry for more than 10 years that molded me into who I am today. I have decided to have a career shift, to focus on my passion which is being a Graphic Content Creator, a Bookkeeper, and a Professional Virtual Assistant that can work independently. I assists business owners and professionals administrative tasks, customer service, content creation, internet research, bookkeeping and accounting. I can help you with scheduling appointments, managing email and social media accounts, data entry, creating reports, and organizing files. I also handle customer service tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services. I am responsible for recording all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. This involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Over the years, I believe I am professionally ready and prepared to face the world of digitalization. We are now in the new age and I have now gained the traits of being a Professional Virtual Assistant.

• Processes over-the-counter transactions, such as: cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments/check payments, bills payments and miscellaneous transactions.
• Ensures proper documentation and timeline implementation of bank documents.
• Answers clients’ inquiries, handles client complaints and aims to
proactively address client concerns.
• Processes auxiliary transactions such as but not limited to: foreign exchange, sale of manager’s check and demand draft, remittance, bills purchase, debit card and checkbook requests, bank certification and bank statement requests, check-free enrollment, stop payment order, etc.
• Coordinates with various units in the bank to service requirements of clients.
• Conducts surprise-counts once a month on all accountable forms and
cash-in-vault to ensure proper monitoring of inventory.
• Handles request for amendments/updating of customer’s bank records.
• Encodes in all available reporting tools to document the results of client conversations.
• Attends promptly to customer transactions, inquiries and requests, and provide customer feedback.
• Conducts KYC (Know Your Customer); explains clearly the terms and conditions to customer.
• Processes opening of accounts and ensures only one record is used.
• Performs cross-selling to a defined list of Personal Banking customers and leads from Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) programs.
• On-boards clients to and promotes usage of digital channels.
• Delivering/picking-up of cash to/from clients/branches/Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas; acting as the official
representative to BSP for cash requirements.
• Processing picked-up transactions, such as deposit (cash and checks), withdrawal, encashment and issuance of manager’s check.
• Verifying of checks, withdrawal slips & other bank documents for technicalities & authenticity of client’s
signature.
• Cash loading and unloading of ATM offsite.
• Exercising proper & efficient filing, retrieval, safekeeping & maintenance of records & documents of the branch.
• Participated in migration of branch system.
