DUTIES
*Taking incoming calls from the patient and answers billing queries
*Outbound call to patients that has outstanding balance to avoid accounts turnover to collections
*Check if balance is correct and if all of patient insurances have been billed.
*Submit insurance claim
*Explain anesthesia charges and other facility charges related to Anesthesia,
*Adjusting customer balance if seen discrepancy
*Educate patient about their patient responsibility Copayment, Coinsurance and Deductible amount.
*Help patient to process their payment over the phone or setup payment arrangement.

DUTIES
*Supervised two coding teams of medical associate analysts/collectors who's in charge of checking patient balance. coding review etc.
*Ensure that the team provides high quality of work and achieved individual Weekly, Monthly target.
*Attending client meeting to provide analysis about the team progress, analysis, action plans, quality and attendance.
*Schedule plotting and ensuring that the analysts and collectors will be paid correctly by approving their timesheets.
*Updating various trackers from patient information tracker, agents' individual trackers, attendance trackers, pool volume trackers, productivity tracker, quality score tracker and more.
-Healthcare Advocate
Duties:
*Answers incoming members phonecall
*Handles billing and prescription concerns of the members,
*Explain their rate plans and benefits and help them check if the current rateplan suits their needs.
*Processing payment via portal or over the phone payment
*Help members to locate pharmacy base on their location
*Assist them in ordering their prescription
*Giving patient possible generic alternative if they can't afford prescripted medicines.
*Providing institutions that offers pharmaceutical assistance base in United States
-Samsung Technical Support
Duties:
*Perform basic troubleshooting
*Walkthrough step by step procedure for troubleshooting,
*Do remote session, if necessary ,
*Check device warranty and process Samsung phone replacement
* Assisting customer to set up mail in repair service,
*Check sales opportunity for possible unit upgrade or trade in or warranty extension.
-Answer customer inquiry regarding their bills, technical problem, promotions, processing payment and payment arrangements.
-Processing phone and accessory orders.
-Changing customer rate plans.
