I am 31 years old, Single, and previously ended my 9years and 3 months of service. I was a Customer Supervisor at Healthy Options where I oversee a team of 6 Customer Associates. I focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction through both individual coaching and process improvement initiatives. While my previous roles have provided me with a strong foundation in customer service, I’m also eager to step outside my comfort zone and develop new skills that will help me grow professionally. I’m confident that my adaptability and enthusiasm for learning will allow me to contribute effectively to a new environment and new work set-up.
