Hi, My name is Gerlie Dela Cruz, your reliable and trustworthy Virtual Assistant. I am an innovative person who loves to explore and has a heart to serve and to help businesses grow more by getting more of their time back.
I am an IT by profession which led me to explore other task like being Accounting Assistant for 3 months, being a Front Line Associate for 5 years and being a IT Technical Support for my OJT.
As a Frontline Associate, we make sure to give the right information to customers, attend to their concerns with empathy and make sure that they have a smooth transaction in their end.
And I engage with the clients regarding the services that we offer as well as managing the booking of appointments and making sure that all queries are answered correctly. I also help improve the brand’s name by managing their Social Media Account and stay updated with the latest trends online.
As an Accounting Assistant we make sure that all transactions for sales and expenses are all inputted correctly and balance by using excel and google sheet as a platform to record the transactions.
Through this experience, I have developed more of my interpersonal skills dealing with different people, which allowed me to be able to adapt quickly in a diverse environment. It helped me hone my skills to organize more of my time to make sure that all tasks are done without delay.
I may not have much experience as a Virtual Assistant, but I am very willing to be trained and discover new skills along the way because I believe that growth always comes hand in hand with not being afraid to learn and that it’s not always about the skills but it’s the right mindset you have for work.
