I am an HR practitioner for 13 years, with 9 solid years doing technical recruitment. I have experience in different HR facets – Compensation and Benefits, Accounts Management – Employee Relations and Employee Engagement. Prior to my HR career, I have worked for BPO call center doing outbound call sales. I also worked as a Training Specialist in BPO company. I left my last company because I would like to go home to my province to be with my family since there are less opportunities in the province, I have decided that I will do work from home jobs.

I handled more than 400 employees for the company doing Accounts Management – Recruitment, Onboarding, Regularization, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Separation. The position is mostly a HR Generalist roles.
Prior to working with Accounts Management role, I was deployed to SMITS Inc., the IT company of San Miguel Corporation doing end to end technical recruitment. The tasks as a technical recruiter were, job posting, paper screening, phone interview, face to face interview, endorsement for technical and final interview and job offer. This was from 2014 to 2017.
