Key responsibilities include overseeing HR operations such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, and policy administration. The role supports planning and executing employee training, company events, and development activities, while addressing daily HR concerns to ensure productivity. It involves managing workplace conflicts, providing policy guidance, monitoring payroll and benefits, and tracking HR KPIs and performance targets. The position ensures compliance with legal procedures, coordinates with finance on HR-related expenses, verifies attendance and reports, and maintains organized HR documentation.
