I am Geralyn. I have VA experience in handling and managing Facebook Page account. Also, I have experience of working in a BPO company as a Biller. It was my responsibility to make sure that the details are accurate before the shipment is delivered. I also worked as a cashier in a well-known establishment here in the Philippines. Aside from scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases, I also resolve customer issues and answers questions. Bags purchases if needed. Processes return transactions.
