I was a customer service associate and a marketing assistant. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing management. I am trustworthy, dependable, and easy to work with.
My goal is to assist business owners in promoting their products through various forms of digital marketing. Create brand awareness among their customers in order to increase and boost sales, and provide customer service in order to achieve customer loyalty, satisfaction, and a positive customer service experience. I also assist social media influencers in promoting their platforms by creating unique, fresh, and creative posts/content to attract more followers, replying and sending DM's, and responding to comments.
