• Leading a group of people handling aftersales service of various electrical products via face-to-face interaction with customers, phone calls and email.
• Resolves complaints escalation and leads the operation to ensure that we provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers.
• Review the team’s call logs and provide consistent and frequent coaching.
• Coordinate with other team to ensure that we can resolve the customers’ issues timely and effectively.

• Ensuring that issue has been resolved before ending the call or set a proper expectations or escalations.
