I got a permanent item as Junior Analyst at the Housing Acquired Assets Management Section, HAAMD, Social Security. I am responsible for screening and evaluating post-dated checks by the buyer for their monthly amortization, and preparing the Acknowledgement Receipt. Prepare documents in relation to post-dated checks to be forwarded to the Cashiering Section. I also perform clerical work such as posting of monthly check payments and cash payments; updating records, inventories and listings in relation to sold acquired assets; requesting statement of account and subsidiary ledger, etc. Prepare various notices like Notice to Rent, Notice to purchase, Notice of Issuance of Post Dated Checks and other notices in relation to sold acquired assets. Personally deliver some of the notices based in their respective property location. Responsible for reduction of delinquent sold housing and acquired assets either by updating, full payment and cancellation of Deed of Conditional Sale. Prepare required documents and process for cancellation of Deed of Conditional Sale. Prepares documents needed and processes at various government agencies at various cities for consolidation of ownership in the name of SSS. Responsible also, to prepare documents and process transfer tax declaration in the name of SSS. Prepare daily and various monthly reports. Performs other related instructions/assignments that may be assigned by my immediate supervisor.
I was transferred to another department when my contract had ended. I was a Service Bureau Processor / Regional Clerk at the Housing Acquired Assets Management Section, HAAMD, Social Security. One of the tasks that was assigned to me at the time was to properly evaluate and examine HL account subject for filing of foreclosure delinquent housing loan accounts. Prepare necessary documents needed and evaluate for filing of foreclosure. Undertake fieldwork to process filing of foreclosure and pay foreclosure fees at the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of various cities. Evaluate HL folder accounts for preparation of Notices like Notice of Collection, Final Notice of Collection and other related notices of foreclosure. Prepares documents needed and processes at various government agencies at various cities for consolidation of ownership in the name of SSS. Photocopies and collate receipts, documents, etc. for file copy. Performs other related instructions/assignments that may be assigned by my immediate supervisor.
I was assigned as Service Bureau Personnel at the Records and Information Management Section, RIMD, Social Security System. I am more clerical work such as scan and label file according per client's relevant documents and store in a local computer drive, encoding of payment of salary loan, monitor pending documents and resolved documents. I am responsible in segregating various SSS forms with their corresponding attachments, sorting of forms and their attachments in alphabetical manner for its digital copy, reviewing scanned various forms and documents to upload in ARMS Workplace and perform other related instructions/assignments that may be assigned by my immediate supervisor.
