• Support implementing of project activities and regularly following up
developments;
• Assist project team in preparing project reports and other project related
materials;
• Assist in organizing meetings workshops, trainings and events (preparing
minutes, drafting and sending out invitations, agenda and drafting follow
up actions);
• Assist consultants and partners in successful implementation of activities;
• Assist project team, in cooperation with UNDP GMC Communications

• Prepare disbursement vouchers and other payables intended for project;
• Prepares and updates financial reports.
• Assist in preparation and coordination of workshops and meetings of
project including travel arrangements, securing venue, sending and
following up invitations, etc.
