I've been working as a Loans Bookkeeper / Loans Processor / New Accounts Clerk for 9 months at the Bank here in the Philippines. I was in-charge to process all loan applications and prepare all necessary documents during releasing of their loans. I also ensure to safe-keep all their submitted requirements in a safety vault. I was also in-charge to assist our clients who wants to open Savings or Checking Account. Recently, I was a Cashier in a Financing Company here in the Philippines, and it expands my knowledge on bookkeeping because I was a Cashier/Bookkeeper for a couple of months during the implementation of our company to transfer all store bookkeepers to Head Office. And the installed bookkeeper had to turn over all his job responsibilities on me. It was one of the challenging time I've ever face but so grateful as well because I learned a lot.
I have also extensive data entry experience, specifically in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Google Services such as Google sheets and Gmail because I'm exposed on it and that is what I usually did. I also love to learn more.

-Issue official/collection receipts for all payments
-verify and monitor all bank transfer transactions
-monitor all accountable forms
-conduct cash count every at the end of the day, make sure cash collection is intact
-deposit all cash collections to banks
-monitor customer accounts
-replenishment of petty cash funds
-monitor payments from Financing partners
-Safekeep submitted documents of our clients
-Process loan applications with complete requirements
-Prepare complete documents to be sign by the client during released of loans
-do entries on GL
-monitor loan accounts and always keep in touch with the client
-assist clients who wants to open savings or current accounts at the bank
Assist with the efficient data entry utilizing various applications to help achieve company's daily activities.
Recording the company's financial transactions into organized accounts.
