You can find them if you search through various resources such as web directories. I've been building 300 local citations in different countries especially Australia, USA, Canada and Thailand using the NAP of the business, NAP stands for Name, Address and Phone. and I am using whitespark to improve rankings and manage citation services.
-Outreach Link Builder - As the name suggests, link building outreach involves manually contacting business owners, marketers, webmasters, bloggers, and social influencers in an effort to earn a backlink/brand mention to your website. Using Data scraper the easy web scraping, emails of the domains using the keywords “ small business intitle:write for us” to filter all domains about small business. After I scrape all the domains it should be filtered in excel sheet those domains that are really accepting guest posts then using ahrefs batch analysis to get all the details of those domains like DA, Total traffic and Referring domain. We are using buuzzstream software to send bulk emails using templates to ask their price for guest posts. You can ask the seller about the prices and the negotiated price and if all succeed send the google docs of the article that the writer provides then if the link is already live that's the time the company pays.
-Ardor Content System (where the Ardor Media Factory gets its high-quality articles. It manages the creation and processing of the articles done by the authors, editors, admins, and customers).Provides support to the system users and adds new features to cater the needs of the user.
