I've got a strong foundation in the outsourcing industry, customer service as well as hospitality. Working in the outsourcing industry for almost 4 years has given me the necessary skills especially in customer service. It honed my abilities when it comes to problem-solving, essential product knowledge, being proactive and consistent in delivering results. We are taught to be CUSTOMER OBSESSED, willing to go beyond customer satisfaction. My experience in Hospitality for almost 2 years contributed a great deal of additional skills especially in administrative, marketing and leadership management. Im incharge not just on sales but also for administrative tasks, data entry, sales & reservations, hotel monetary transactions,social media management & graphic design or creating graphic content for establishment use. Being one of the core people of a 10-hectare property with limited manpower and resources is a challenging responsibility that I was able to accomplish with confidence. It developed my resourcefulness, adaptability and flexibility.
Due to experience, I am well versed in conducting product research, analyzing market trends, and identifying new product opportunities that can help revenue growth. I use Keepa and SellerAmp to check product potential, I also use Jungle Scout, Tactical Arbitrage FBA calculator, Helium10 and coupon finders. I use methods such as Mass storefront, rabbit trail, manual, reverse and leaf sourcing. As an Amazon product researcher, I understand the importance of staying up to date with the latest trends, as well as product history, monitoring competitors and analyzing consumer behavior. I am committed to using this knowledge and experience to drive growth and make data-driven decisions that can help you succeed.
When I'm not working I do online shopping since we have a business that sells various products. Watching movies is my usual pastime, and watching cooking videos and documentaries, and online courses are also my favorite since I love learning and upskilling. Despite the experience taking up additional courses helps me update my knowledge and help me build a connection within the Virtual assistance community. Above all, I value professionalism and integrity when it comes to my work which adds value to my service.
