-Outsourcing applicants (Job Postings and coordination with service providers)
- Administrate pre-employment examination
- Conducting initial interview &endorsement for final interview
- Coordinate schedule of final interview to Immediate Heads
- Prepare and signing of Job Offers and Employment Contracts
- Updating and monitoring of manpower Masterlist and employee records
- Issuance of Company ID’s and Biometrics enrollment of employees
- Assisting applicants in completing pre- employment & medical requirements including accomplishment forms PHIC, BIR Form 1905/2305 and HDMF consolidation form
Timekeeping
-Monitor & reviews daily attendance of employees
- Verify and approved employee daily overtime
- Ensure filing of leave forms and absences
- Monitors and prepares semi – monthly and yearly summary of Vacation and Sick leave credits of qualified and eligible employees
- Prepare timekeeping reports of Direct workers on semi –monthly basis
-Prepare monthly Perfect attendance and Absences report
Employee and Benefits
-Preparation of monthly Government Contributions and Loanreports for payment
-Processing of government loans (SSS & Pag-ibig)
-Processing of Government benefits (SSS Sickness/Maternity and Philhealth claim)
-Enrollment/Deletion/Claim of healthcard
-Issuance of Company Benefits (Meal stub, Perfect Attendance, Bereavement assistance)
Employee Relations
-Issuance of NTE’s and NOD’s
-Coordinate concerns of employees for proper action of Immediate Superior.
-Provide assistance for the bi- monthly timekeeping requirements for payroll.
-Attend to concerns of employees and take appropriate action instructed by Immediate Superior.
- Summarize concerns received and monitor progress of action.
- Update employee 201 file and ensure accuracy of employee records in database.
-Process employee claims from the government social agencies.
- Assist Immediate superior in generating HR monthly report.
-Update leave credits and release information to all Department Heads.
-Communicate HR procedure to employees.
- Updates HR procedure and corresponding forms.
- Assist Immediate Superior on the completion of other HRAD tasks such as Recruitment & Placement.
- Comply with company safety policies.
- Coordinate with HR Customer regarding manpower concerns.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
