I recently attended a general virtual assistance training where i learned necessary skills on roles like General Virtual Assistance, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO Keyword Researcher, SEO Backlinker, Data Entry, and Amazon Virtual Assistance. During my training i was mentored by top rated freelancing coaches that gave me hands on experience and assignments which helped me acquire real world skills that i can use if i can be hired for any of the roles said above.
In year 2023 i bought a franchise in our area for Lokal Farmers Coffee, with that i established a page which will cater to online clients and deliveries. I managed this page from making the creatives, content calendar creation, content strategizing up to answering messages on facebook. I also ran Ads for this page which in turn gave me lots of conversions and a ROAS of above 50% .
During my time here, my role was to cater to the queries of concessionaires about their water accounts such as water bills, disconnection notices, account status, water connection investigation, new accounts connection. I also prepared my monthly reports on Excel for daily accomplishments and daily new connection information.
During my time here i was primarily in charge of marketing new loan clients, catering to their queries about the company's loan products. I was also in charge of processing their documents in applying for loans, collection of their loan payments and issuance of their payment receipts. I also prepare monthly reports on my accomplishment in marketing and collection as well as preparing the letter for bank credit investigations. Lastly, i have contributed up to 10 million pesos worth of loan portfolio to the company and over 100 clients are signed.
My role here was to create articles based on titles and topics given by clients. I was also tasked to proofread ready made articles for grammar correction and to make spin offs of ready made articles as per client's requests. During my time here i have produced various articles for different topics which enhanced my writing skills.
