Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Assist with payroll processing, including timesheet review and payroll submission.
Support tax filing and submission requirements for the business.
Handle various administrative tasks such as email management, document organization, scheduling, and maintaining company records.
Timely and accurate review, validation, and processing of incoming invoices (e.g., PO, Non-PO)
Ensure that invoices are properly coded and booked in accordance to SGS Chart of Accounts.
Handle supplier statements and vendor inquiries
Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding P2P inquiries (e.g. invoices, payments, travel, and expenses audit responses).
Follow up on match exceptions and coordinate with Business and Procurement for the resolution.
Follow up on transactions on the long-outstanding items in the Accounts Payables Trial Balance (Ageing)
Follow up on open Purchase Orders and invoices on hold
Work on the preparation of Withholding Tax Certificate
Work closely with the R2R team in ensuring that no AP transactions are outstanding in the bank reconciliation and cash management.
Support on the Balance Sheet Recon clean up
Provide expert-level technical support for QuickBooks users, assisting with issues related to accounting transactions, payroll, and installation.
Handle payroll setup and processing, including tax forms and direct deposit configuration using QuickBooks Payroll.
Support QuickBooks Payments setup and troubleshooting, and guide users on linking and reconciling merchant accounts.
Guide users in proper software use, including invoicing, chart of accounts, reconciliation and correcting financial reports.
