I assist customers with their technical issues, general inquiries, billing, and
account management. Additionally, I handle retention, cancellations, and refunds.
I respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via chat on social media
platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, while also compiling reports regarding power outages,
illegal connections, service applications, and any other immediate concerns expressed by
customers.
Collecting and entering data into databases, I ensure the maintenance of
accurate records of valuable company information. Additionally, I am responsible for
maintaining the data system, ensuring that all information is verified for accuracy before entry.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
