I have worked in Singapore for 14 years and we recently moved back to the Philippines. My work experiences are mostly in order processing, Sales and customer service.
I am currently working as a Product Analyst here in the Philippines, my first job after leaving Singapore. Though we have a hybrid schedule, I still prefer to work from home permanently.
To know a little bit more about me, I am a mother of 2. A girl and a boy, ages 11 and 7, respectively. I wanted to still take care of them while working so I am looking for a work from home setup so I can take care of them.

• Analyze and process a change request.
• Classifying change types according to the Engineers requests.
• Coordinate change request approvals and process oversight to ensure all product
and process change requests are process accurately in a timely manner.
• Monitor the progress of product changes and requests through the change
management module in ARAS Innovator.
• Work with business units and plant coordinators when the issues need resolution.
• Escalate systematic issues to Global Quality staff when data suggests it is necessary
to do so.
• Manages and monitors the change requests and follow-up for pending tasks
needed.
• Supports ARAS Innovator PLM system improvements as it relates to product change
management.
• Provides PCCM related trainings as needed and maintain the central knowledge
base.
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment with in-depth knowledge of order
processing data into SAP Hana and SalesForce.
• Ensures proper application of departmental processes and procedures to include system
data integrity, pricing accuracy, and account contract compliance. Internal and external
customer satisfaction and service is a priority.
• Improve current order processes to be able to process order efficiently and accurately.
• Responsible for order fulfilment of all service orders including support and licenses.
• Develops and presents efficient ways on how can errors be avoided in processing orders.
• Evaluate current order processing practices and identify those needing improvement.
• Manage internal and external customer queries and communication in a professional and
service-minded manner ensuring that resolution is provided.
• Monitor the group email account to ensure customer requests are answered and completed
within 24hrs.
• Monitor, update, and improve records of all sales order completion in the system.
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor and resolve order processing errors.
• Focus on details and follow through with complex situations.
• Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated
production costs.
• Designing order processes that maximize efficiency of order processed and reduced
unnecessary steps in order processing.
• Maintains and updates all Bills of Materials, prices, proposals, and services for each project.
• Develops and presents make versus buy proposals, performs value analysis studies and
develops plan layout features that will enhance productivity.
• Evaluate current department’s practices and identify those needing improvement.
• Manage all project schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity.
• Improve the efficiency of each department’s processes.
• Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve
productivity.
• Maintain and update all the information in CRM system.
• Monitor, update, and improve records of Capital Equipment, spares and screens sales and
completion of sales order in Salesforce.
• Maintaining proficiency in all marketing & sales business systems.
• Update Salesforce payment section by obtaining information in SAM System.
• Organising and managing projects and the delivery of Capital Equipment, Spare parts, and
Screens.
• Coordinating the requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules
required by the customer.
• Review and investigate current operational processes to improve the quality and efficiency
of our department’s operation.
