• Daily tracking of KPI and the productivity of Account Managers
• Reports creation in Salesforce
• Collect, analyze and interpret the sales data
• Daily preparation of Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt
• Assist Customer on their orders and concerns
• Plan and schedule daily deliveries of the actual product
• Weekly reporting to Top Management
• Assist in monthly and yearly inventory of the product and raw materials
• Prepares sales quotations/proposals and send to Clients thru email
• Coordinates with engineering regarding projects costing request
• Assist customer’s inquiries thru phone calls and even walk-ins
• Assist the Vice President during visitor’s plant visit
• Prepares/reviews project Job order including filings and computer recordings
• Monitoring of projects to get actual status together with Production group
• Advise dealers and direct customers regarding on the status of their unit/project (Phone
calls & emails)
• Assist/coordinate to Aftersales group regarding customers needed after sales service
• Handles department’s administration works (filing and sorting of documents)
• Answering phone call inquiries
• Manning of Almazora’s booth during events
