My responsibility as an administrative staff member is to make sure that the company's daily operations run smoothly. My main duty as a PhilHealth officer in the dialysis unit is to help patients obtain and use their PhilHealth benefits for dialysis treatments. I inform patients of their coverage, eligibility, and essential paperwork for processing claims. I collaborate closely with patients and the medical community to ensure that claims are submitted correctly to PhilHealth. I also keep abreast on PhilHealth policies and practices so that I can give patients accurate information and respond to any questions they might have. My objective is to speed up the reimbursement procedure and assist patients in making the most of their medical coverage while undergoing the required dialysis treatments.

My primary responsibility as a biller cashier in charge of processing professional fees for doctors in the dialysis unit entails precisely calculating, logging, and collecting payments for the medical services rendered. I collaborate closely with the medical staff to make sure that the delivered services are accurately recorded and coded. Then, using the set fee schedule, I determine the related fees. I create invoices and statements for the doctors' services when the fees have been decided upon, and I give them to patients or their representatives.

Along with handling payment transactions, I also make sure that money is received and appropriately recorded. I keep track of every transaction, update patient accounts, and balance any inconsistencies. Additionally, I speak with patients about their bills, respond to any inquiries about billing, and help with payment arrangements.
