More Info About Me

I have 13 years BPO experience in both Technical support and customer service roles but excels in the technical skill. In my 13 years with the BPO industry, I enjoyed my role being a Technical Support representative where I gained knowledge and earned recognition as one of the top agents for a few consecutive months. My supervisors and managers hand-picked me as I earned support and leadership roles as an SME, Tier 2, Quality Analyst and Trainer where I have shared my best practices to the agents I have handled. This is also my little way on how I can contribute to the company. I also have non BPO experience as a home based marketing agent where I create online advertisements for the product of the company I worked for. Prior to being part of the BPO industry, I was a company secretary doing administrative tasks such as product research, creating product literature, product listing and basic data entry. When I am not working, I enjoy watching movies and I love to cook and bake.
