I later worked as an Executive Assistant to a CEO, gaining valuable skills in high-level support and project management. As an Insurance Virtual Assistant specializing in Certificates, my role focuses on efficiently managing the issuance and maintenance of insurance certificates. I ensure certificates are accurate, compliant with legal requirements, and properly documented for easy access and audit purposes. I serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and coordinating with insurance carriers to resolve issues promptly. My responsibilities also include reviewing insurance policies, maintaining records, supporting administrative tasks, and leveraging technology for streamlined operations. Overall, I strive to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency in certificate management.
Responding to customers queries and concerns regarding their order using Zendesk. Also I do track their order and input the customers basic data in spreadsheet.
As a Sales Representative and Sales Processor, I handle both customer-facing sales tasks and backend processing duties.
