This report are to be submitted to Data Processing Division and to the concerned Bank to inform them of the integrity errors I found on their transactions. I inform them the date of the transaction, what part and what kind of errors they made. I then rectify the errors if the concerned taxpayers would request for their data to be corrected since I am not allowed to change anything in the system if the errors are for taxpayers ledger.
