• Prepare a list prospected customers and check each cash service record to confirm the initial repair plan of the particular vehicle.
• Identify and categorize zones or groups of customers based on standard criteria and on the available service records of how customers schedule their Preventive Maintenance.
• Set apart each group and have each zone identify references and store them on a databank to facilitate a more precise and accurate reference before making follow-ups and promotional calls to the prospected customer.
• Call the customer and conduct an interview about the last service or repair is done on their unit, actual mileage, and other information to help determine the required service to be done;
• Recommend solution to meet needs of the customers;
• Prepares separate monitoring database of customers that refused to avail the suggested repair plans then recommend a special program to the superior in order to meet the customer's wants and needs and regain the lost customer.
• Schedule and conduct total monitoring of repair and service;
• Performs follow-up calls on the customer to conduct an after -service survey to collect feedback regarding the quality of repair or services provided on the unit then recommend next service requirement to the customer.
• Sets appointments for each unit on the day that the customers planned to avail the service.
• Answer customers inquiries/resolve issues, complaints and concerns.
• Scheduled and confirmed customer’s appointments.
• Dealing with customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email.
• Assisting customers with finding suitable products or services.
• Explain the services to potential customers.
• Make a monthly report due for Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS).
• Maintained friendly and positive attitude at all times, even with unhappy and unruly customers.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
