I am an HR end to end focused associate for more than 10 years now, majority of which is doing US payroll.
I got into the Business Transformation Industry working as Tier 1 and Tier 2 at IBM. Answering HR related queries and escalations under US Payroll and Benefits.
After that, I was working as a Tier 2 Analyst for Nestle US market. Answering queries from personal data management to payroll concerns which eventually led to payroll processing and providing employee experience improvement initiatives that reduced waiting time. Currently, performing end-to-end employee life cycle.
Moving forward, I hope to expand my experience across different industries somewhat related to payroll and data handling where I excel greatly.

Process Hire, Hire External, Transfers – No Pay Change, Taxes and Direct Deposit data maintenance
• Process payroll and other subsequent activities associated with on-cycle, off-cycle and manual payroll processing
• Prepares reconciliation reports every payroll run and coordinates with relevant parties to make sure that discrepancies are accounted and corrected as necessary
• Performs validation procedure to ensure proper controls are in place
• Coordinates with various operating units on the timely submission of periodic reports and remittances/payments to external parties and other various government agents
• Performs system testing for improvements and updates to cater changes in legal and business requirements
• Prepares manual booking as necessary, and assist Accounting Operations in their reconciliation on a regular basis, ledger balances on withholding tax, loans and other accounts affecting payroll

• Handles 2nd level escalation of data management and payroll concerns
