Hello and welcome to my portfolio! My name is Francester Joy Yabut and I am a Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant with almost three years of experience in customer service. When the pandemic hit, I took on a new challenge and started working as a Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant for a variety of businesses.
In addition to my experience in customer service and social media management, I am also a Freelance Graphic Designer and a Content Creator on YouTube, where I manage my own monetized channel and run ads. I have been doing this since 2020 and I enjoy creating visually appealing designs and engaging content that resonates with my audience.
As a Social Media Manager, I have experience in creating and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media metrics to track performance. As a Virtual Assistant, I am skilled in various administrative tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, data entry, and handling customer inquiries.
My experience in these different fields has equipped me with a diverse skill set that I can use to provide high-quality services to my clients. I am passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed, and I am always eager to learn and take on new challenges.

In my professional capacity, I assume the responsibility of managing various tasks, including responding to inquiries, arranging and coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations, and scheduling gigs. Additionally, I handle the logistical aspects of transportation preparation and facilitate payment transactions and tips for the band through social media platforms.

As a Coffee Shop Manager I am the one responsible managing overall operations including hiring staff, operating budgets, and launching marketing such as promotions and promos.
My task is designing creative visuals such as logos, banners, post images, infographics, and other visuals to be used in social media posts.
