I am Frances Dianne V. Bago, I graduated from St. Scholastica’s College in Manila, Philippines, and majored in Business Management. From 2018 to 2022, I resided in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to work and I was given the chance to work for two aviation companies in different years. In my first job at an Aviation Company, I worked as an executive secretary. For my second job, at another Aviation Company, I worked as a back-office administrative. I also used to handle my social media account for my side-line job because I used to sell things online with my Instagram shop (elysian.jdh) and vlog in my free time.

· Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering office supplies.
· Assist in maintaining/updating current customer accounts
· Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
· Write checks for the office supplies as necessary
· Compiling and preparing daily reports
· Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
· Send out weekly messages to everyone in the office
· Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms.
· Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
· Attend meetings and take down notes
· Contact potential customers through e-mail or telephone calls for a possible tie-up
· Meet the managers and do a monthly check on how the tie-up was doing
· Visit all the stores every month to make sure that everything is in order
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
