Hi there! I am Frances. I graduated BS in Nursing but I wasn’t able to pursue that career. I have 7 years experienced in the corporate world. I've worked as a billing consultant, technical support, and a telesales representative for nearly five years. When I switched to working virtually I was hired as an Appointment setter. And my most recent experience is working as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I've had a variety of positions, including appointment setter, team leader, and a lead manager. My responsibilities include schedule management, answering calls, responding to text and emails, nurturing leads, and providing admin support.
I am a performance-driven and results-oriented individual offering excellent communication and negotiation skills. I possess a strong attention to detail, accuracy and determination to achieve extraordinary results. And of course I have a strong work ethics. Lastly, I love continuous learning.
