My expertise extends to seamless data management, proficiently utilizing MS Office and Google Spreadsheets to meticulously track student grades and compile comprehensive inter-office reports and documents.
In the classroom, I leverage my proficiency in Canva to create engaging and visually appealing presentations twice a week, enhancing the learning experience for my students. My adeptness with MS Word is showcased through the preparation of detailed guidance reports, professional announcements, correspondence with parents, and various
administrative documents.
Beyond the classroom, I co-manage the school's Guidance Office Facebook page, curating content that includes photos of school activities, important announcements, and information about upcoming events. This role highlights my ability to effectively communicate and engage with the school community through social media.
Additionally, my entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through the successful management of my own online chocolate shop's Facebook page. Through strategic content creation and community engagement, I have organically increased the number of visitors and followers, showcasing my capability in digital marketing and online presence growth. I do utilize Capcut in doing video presentations for my Tiktok online shop.
