Call Calibrations with Quality and the team performance aligned with client goals.Sets and creates strategic action plans for client related objectives on target goals .Monitors and tracks individual agent records, infractions, achievement, logs and others. Mediates in between Operations Clients and agents also Communicates directly reports to the Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager for any calibrations, alignments changes, and metric related goals. Monitors progress of agents and delivers action plans, sanctions and certification or evaluations. Attends daily calibration with quality and client meetings online. Admin task and other work related improvements on processes. Coaching Uploads like Nice recorded/live calls and Acuity based on SSRS SQL Tool and Power BI. Daily performance monitoring specially attendance. Annual Performance reviews, and other admin deliverables

Processing orders via email. Creation of Quotes in Quosal, Preparing sales orders and Purchase orders. Processing a high volume of product orders. Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
