I’ve been working for over 10 years in different roles, starting as a real estate agent in 2016. I really enjoyed helping people find the right homes and properties.
In 2018, I became a Project Manager at a flooring company, where I handled projects, managed teams, and worked closely with clients. I stayed there until 2024.
In 2023, I returned to real estate as a freelancer, which helped me become more independent and flexible with how I work.
Now in 2025, I’m exploring new opportunities in the car dealership industry, and I’m also starting my journey as a Virtual Assistant. With my background in sales, project management, and client service, I’m confident I can help businesses stay organized and grow.

As a Project Manager at Bamco Floor, I oversee flooring projects from start to finish—coordinating with clients, managing crews, scheduling work, and ensuring everything is done on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. I handle site visits, solve on-site issues, manage materials and subcontractors, and keep everyone informed to deliver smooth, successful installations.
As a Sales Agent at a BYD dealership, I help customers find the right electric vehicle for their needs by explaining features, offering test drives, answering questions, and guiding them through the buying process—from first visit to final paperwork—while building trust and delivering great service. I stay informed about the latest BYD models, EV technology, and market trends so I can confidently educate customers and highlight the benefits of switching to electric. I also handle financing discussions, follow up with leads, and ensure a smooth handover experience, all while working toward sales targets and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
As a Property Specialist at Shang Properties, I help high-end clients find their ideal luxury condominium by understanding their lifestyle needs, presenting suitable units, and providing personalized tours of premium developments. I guide them through the entire sales process—from initial inquiry to contract signing—while highlighting the unique value, design, and investment potential of each property. I stay updated on market trends, maintain strong client relationships, and represent the Shang brand with professionalism and exceptional service.
