As part of my role, I am responsible for managing labor schedules and assigning daily tasks to my colleagues, ensuring that we work efficiently and effectively without compromising the exceptional customer service that Starbucks is known for.
I possess proficiency in precisely inputting data using MS Office and Google Sheets while prioritizing data accuracy, regardless of whether it's in digital or paper format. In my previous work, while conducting keyword research for e-commerce clients on Amazon, I utilized various tools such as Helium10, Merchant Words, and Airtable. Additionally, we employed ClickUp to assign and manage our tasks, and Slack served as our primary communication platform.
