I have been a customer service representative for one of the BPO company here in the Philippines. I was one of the performer of the team that leads me to become a more productive employee to do special tasks. After 2 years, I was endorsed as a technical support, handling complains of the customer and managing their accounts. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high standard service, which helps me identify my own needs of improvement.
I applied for the position of Workforce specialist and got the job. This time, my knowledge in reporting has grown without me noticing in just using MS Excel, MS Access and Outlook.
My expertise is in Data Entry doing administrative tasks.
As stated on the summary of my skills, I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You can depend on me that I will never abandon a task and you won't have a hard time contacting me. You'll find that this is why I am efficient; I'll always be there at your back and call.
In any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you wouldn't spend a long time training me. In fact, I might as well learn it myself, like most programs that I know now. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned the ropes.
