• First to implement a simplified end-to-end monitoring and project status visible to all stakeholders. Tracker template was implemented by Client across their projector contractors. Punchlist and rectification was listed in history.

• Daily record of on site activity for faster tracking and accurate checking of team's efficiency and effectivity.

Moreover, project management includes preparing documents and raising concerns on the needed support for the smooth implementation of projects.
