Data Gathering & Automation

With a background and passion for automation, I have assisted my previous clients in hastening tedious tasks and simplifying complicated work. I have listed below samples of the multiple trackers that I have automated.
A. Inventory Tracker
My former client required a database to monitor inventory movements and cash flow. I developed a functional tracker, which their inventory team adopted to simplify their workflow.
B. Job Order Tracker and Service Request Tracker
Partnered with Google Form and App Script, I have created a request flow where all site deployment and movement have been logged and monitored. Allowing detailed records and history of activities.
C. Simplified Data Checking
With multiple data and trackers needed to cross-check information, I have established a single tracker that can single-handedly do the task and provide all needed information in one sheet.
- Instead of going through Maps/ Google Earth and multiple trackers, this automation allows you to check the nearest NAP that has a vacancy and can cater to new fiber clients. NAPs are listed from closest to furthest while filtering out those NAPS that are at full capacity.
- There are instances where my previous clients need to retrieve information from multiple sources. However, these sources may have inaccurate information that needs cross-reference checking. I deviated a tracker capability that can cross-check all reference information and provide all needed details allowing efficiency and improving effectiveness in work.
