I'm Angelu Faye Abad, a Degree holder of a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering - Technology graduated from Rizal Technology University.
I've been working for 2 years in 3 different positions (Technical Support Representative, Service Desk Associate, and Desktop Support Associate Technician). I also had 3 months OJT experience in Merck Sharp & Dohme , as an IT Support.
I also worked as a part-time Online English Teacher at IOIO for the year 2019. Therefore, I can confidently say that I won't be having problems when it comes to my communication skill.
At my age, I still want to grow and learn more about the ins and outs of this field, use the lessons that I've learned during my college days, plus the experience from my previous work.
I put dedication and effort into the things that I do. I'm like a sponge driven to seek and absorb new information, skills, and knowledge.
I'm a people person and I'm pretty caring toward the people in my charge.
My talent is singing and my sport is badminton, throughout my journey in my career I already met different types of persons wherein I learned a lot of positive things from them, someday I also want to be an inspiration to others, sharing the same passion as I have, and handle set of people who also have an eagerness to learn.
I still have a long way to go. I'll push myself to the limit to test my capabilities and to prove to myself, and others that short-term and long-term goals can be accomplished by the dedication and hard work.

• Install, configure, maintain, trouble-shoot PC hardware and software and provide user level technical support on applications and off the shelf Microsoft products.
• Follow stepped procedures for a variety of repetitive upgrade situations.
• Perform administrative functions and inventory control as required.
• Monitor trouble tickets system and respond to all trouble reports within established goals.
• Keep the Desktop Support Senior Technician informed of all changes, hardware and software failures, and operational issues.
• Understand and enforce policies and follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Complete assigned work orders by due date within established goals.
• Be responsible for primary user support and customer service.
• Respond to queries from all calls, portal, emails, chats from the client .
• Become familiar with each client and their respective applications/ processes .
• Learn fundamental operations of commonly-used software, hardware and other equipment. Follow standard service desk operating procedures by accurately logging all service desk tickets using the defined tracking software .
• Ensure that the scorecard is maintained as per SoW with respect to TAT, SLA & hits.
• Manage all queries or escalate if not resolve as per the defined helpdesk policies and framework.
• Basic Troubleshooting of Customers Television and Gadgets under Sony Brand
• Focuses mostly in Video, Network and Sounds
• Troubleshoot Sony Products queries
• Provide technical support via phone
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
