-Schedule appointments with borrowers for signing/closing
-Assign notaries for the signing/closing
-Monitor incoming emails and respond promptly.
-Open new deals and input all the documents and information in Qualia
-Order payoffs, HOA statement, Lien Certificate, Survey, and additional fees that need to collect
-Communicate with Lenders, associations, and third parties to order payoff statements, home owner's association
statements, and ground rent assessments.
-Monitor all files of the assigned processors to assure that we are on track and ready for closing
-Maintain the Quality of service by doing Quality Control prior to closing
-Respond to telephone or live chat inquiries
-Listen attentively to customer needs to ensure a positive customer service experience
-Providing quality services to customers and associates inquiring about the status of orders
-Process refund and replacement for unsatisfied and damaged products
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
