I’m Fatima and I have a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science. I just dedicated nearly two years of my career to working as a laboratory technician in a government facility. During this time, my responsibilities included performing routine laboratory procedures, conducting blood extractions, and efficiently collecting COVID-19 samples via swabbing. Where these responsibilities enhances me more, just like strong communication skills where I ask the patients for their information and laboratory request before doing the test, instructing them what they will do before and after extracting the blood. It also enhances my Microsoft skills where I encode meticulous data in a computer system. And also organization schedules skills for patients requiring fasting laboratory tests.

I also work in a private medical clinic for almost 1 year as laboratory technician. My duties encompassed conducting blood extractions, receiving, labeling and safely storing the samples to be tested. My responsibilities also include providing them with any necessary information regarding the scheduling and consultation process which improves my customer service. And also schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient flow efficiently. Moreover, I also record and typing the results of the patients in computer system.

Also, I worked as a sales representative in a real state which I am selling a house and lot in a subdivision. By posting it in a social media account.

Though I may not possess direct experience as a virtual assistant, I firmly believe that my skill set and unwavering commitment align perfectly with the requirements of the role. I am confident that I have the aptitude and attitude needed to excel in this position. Also, I am fast learner and adaptable in every situation.
