Ms. Fanny Mae G. Mobida has a heart for children with special needs. Her areas of expertise include inclusive education and differentiated instruction. Having taught in kindergarten, elementary, high school, and now at the college level, she is passionately committed to promoting advocacy in special education. She earned her bachelor's degree with a concentration in special education at Xavier University–Ateneo de Cagayan.
