Hi I'm Faith, everyone calls me Faye. I've been in the BPO industry for five years now. I started looking for a job right after I graduated and to work in BPO is my first choice, just because I know that there are millions of opportunities out there. I was starving to learn and grow when I started in this industry.
I started as a content writer then walked my way up as an agent who handles multiple accounts at the same time. My tasks include Chat Support, Email Support, Lead cleaning, Admin tasks and other more.
I can assure that I am very professional, I am proficient in communication skills. I am 100% computer literate. I have a sound knowledge in language and grammar and I would also describe myself as resourceful, customer-focused, flexible, and someone who will go out of their way to deliver exceptional service as a Virtual Assistant.
I am very excited to enter the freelancing world as this offers a big growth for me. I believe this is a perfect fit for me since I'm a very hard working type of person, very much eager to learn and I can work as an individual or on a team.
My colleagues see me as an enabler, because even though we are working under pressure, I still see the good in every situation, I always make them feel delighted and that everything will go well.

Started as a back office agent as a Content Writer then transferred into a different account as an email support, chat support. Right now, I'm working as a Virtual Assistant on two different accounts.
