• Collecting personal and demographic data information of a client and carefully, correctly input to the PhilsysID system. Maintain the privacy personal information of the client.
• We are also responsible of checking the validity of the required documents that the client presented at the office upon registration.
-Maintained efficient records of stocks inventory levels ensuring sufficient weekly product replenishment. Daily auditing of money at the start and end of the day and computing sales.
-Conducting survey and verify the exact, accurate boundary location of 24 barangays assigned with me using the Google map in a tablet issued to me. I informed the barangay captain about the purpose and the importance of the survey during giving of a courtesy call letter.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.

Provide relevant information of the customer's inquiry. Provide solution to the customers' issues .
