Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Our Lady of Fatima University
I have 6 years of experience processing claims and performing various data entries and administrative tasks. With 2 years of background from a BPO company handling insurance claims accounts, interacting with customers through emails, inbound and outbound calls.
Due to the nature of my job, I developed my critical thinking skills and decision-making skills. It also developed my ability to work in a team environment as well as independently to work under pressure and to multi-task.
I was fortunate to be able to work remotely during the height of the pandemic. This has improved my ability to perform my duties efficiently and with little supervision. I am confident that with hard work and dedication, I will continue to produce high-quality results.
Working from home has benefited me in many ways, including my safety, mental health, financial needs, and the opportunity to spend quality time with my family. Now that I've decided to push myself out of my comfort zone and take a risk to achieve my goals, I'm dedicating myself to learning the skills necessary to excel in my chosen field.
