• Acts as the Department’s Administrative Officer (AO) official representative
• Responsible for the management of the recruitment and selection process;
• Reviews documentary requirements of staff subject for renewal, promotion and/or regularization prior to endorsement to HRDO for approval
• Reviews and monitors Individual Development Plan and accomplished Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) – Target and Commitment prior to endorsement to HRDO
• Assists in the preparation of Department’s Budget Proposal and Annual Investment Program (AIP)
• Responsible for checking and consolidation of department’s Quarterly/Annual Outcome Monitoring Report and 3-year outcome Evaluation Report.
• Provides assistance in the management of the Division’s programs and activities such as formulation/review/finalization/implementation of office policies and procedures, correspondences and inter-office memoranda, weekly preparation of minutes of the Management Committee (ManCom) meeting
• Attendance to various HR/Admin Officers meetings
• Attendance to the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB) of the City Government of Makati as member (2nd level-representative).
• Performs other related functions as maybe assigned
• Assists in recruitment and selection process;
• Assists in reparation of documentary requirements of staff subject for renewal, promotion and/or regularization; and coordination of training activities of the Department
• Responsible for the consolidation of monthly accomplishment reports, Quarterly Outcome Monitoring Report and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) Forms, and Annual Investment Program of the department;
• Provides assistance in the management of the Division’s programs and activities such as formulation/review/finalization/implementation of office policies and procedures.
• Prepares correspondences and inter-office memoranda
• Performs other related functions as maybe assigned
