information and insurance details, contacted insurance providers to verify network status,
and informed clients about their benefits and coverage. I created client profiles using
TheraNest, scheduled and rescheduled appointments with providers, and coordinated with
clients to ensure the submission of necessary clinical forms before intake sessions.
Additionally, I networked to obtain more referrals from other facilities, collaborated with
providers to confirm their availability, and worked with the billing team to update clients'
payment methods when needed.
