I'm Eunice and I am an amazing hard working mother of four kids. I have a diverse professional background and six years of devoted experience in the corporate world as a contact center agent. I developed my abilities in effective communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management during my profession. I showed a great capacity to multitask and prioritize well by juggling the demands of my profession with the obligations of motherhood.
I started a new chapter this year by switching from full-time corporate employee to freelancing. I actively upskilled myself to enter the field of bookkeeping using QuickBooks out of a desire for personal growth and diversification.
