• Responsible for the execution and implementation of standard processes related to trade asset both in trade and on hand.
• Management of third-party service provider – ensure they meet SLA of repair and equipment maintenance, report generation, check quality of shop work and inventory of warehouse.
• Conducts in field back checking of assets
• Manages expenses of transactions related to trade asset. Ensure not to exceed given allocated budget.
• Ensure accuracy of database in SAP, Cold Portal and GoCanvas.
• Provide analysis of Commercial Asset management reports
• Responsible for data entry of equipment in SAP – inventory both on hand and in trade of assets
• Creation of work order in SAP to be dispatched to third-party service provider – Installation, Pullout, Service call and preventive maintenance of assets
• Coordinate with Sales team for their requests and address concerns of external customers

• Generate Commercial Asset management reports
