Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
• Assist with the day to day operations in office work
• Compile and update employee record in soft and hard copies.
• Process documentation related to staff activities
• Dealing the staff request and the getting the approval from the management
• Dealing with the client thru phone calls.
• Assisting the clients during site visit or inspection
• Communicate with the public service when necessary. (e.g MOPH for scheduling of the mandatory swab test for employee).

• Sorts all incoming correspondence in order of priority and process the reservations to the set of standard.
• Check all reservation for the next day’s arrival to ensure all details are correct.
• Ensure all requests for accounts to company have written authorization and are approved by the Credit Manager.
• Promotes and maintain good public relations to maximize on occupancy and average room rate.
• Carries out a weekly inventory of office supplies and prepares a requisition for approval.

• Ensure that each companies who’s having agreement with the Hotel have a credit facilities and necessary documents.
• Preparing function sheet to be distributed to each department as a notification of the event.
• Reliever to the accounts assistant during his/her day off by transferring the daily point of sale (POS) transaction in the opera system.
• Verifying the cash collection against cashier audit (from opera).
• Post the POS transaction in OPERA that already reflected on the bank settlement.
• Preparing the manual invoice/pro-forma invoice for the company who doesn’t have credit facilities.
• Dealing with extra net booking reservation.
• Preparing a pro-forma invoice for advance payment.
• Recording a Daily Revenue Report.
• Submitting an online daily and monthly report to STR global online platform.

Receptionist/Cashier/Telephone operator Responsibilities:

• Register guests into the hotel, ensuring all relevant details are obtained on the registration card, while adhering the hotel credit policy.
• Handles incoming messages, parcels and communications for guests in coordination will the bell desk.
• Attend guest queries and complaints.
