Hi there, Good day! I am Erwin Javierto. I am 24 years old. I graduated ICT strand and I'm an experienced customer service representative with an excellent track record of resolving complex issues quickly and winning customer loyalty. I am experienced Virtual Assistant (Outbound Transfer Sales Rep) total of 3 years and another 3 years working in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Call center industry which deals with different customers based in the US.
